Warm wishes

Happy Thanksgiving to those south of the border. May your day be filled with great food, warm company and holiday cheer. Wish I could join you. Instead, I will be working all day and navigating the city for our first real winter storm. We should have about 6 inches of snow before the end of the day. I'll snap a couple pics to show tomorrow.

I forgot it was American Thanksgiving. In the meanwhile - enjoy the snow and be happy that you invested in winter tires.

Happy Thanksgiving HNT! May you be safe on the snowy roads of Montreal since you can't be celebrating like us with family, fine food & friends.

Look forward to the pics--sorry you are getting hit with snow so early.

I was going to wish you a happy Thanksgiving--normally I don't do it to my Canadian blog friends, but I wish it to you as you might be homesick for all that turkey mess and familial joy at table.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too, even if you aren't celebrating it anymore.

The Crumbleberry pie is baking as I type this.

You might not celebrate Thanksgiving up north, but I'll still wish you a great Thursday anyways.

No snow here in SolCal, Torn, but temps in the 40's this morning and fog almost made it cold.

Almost.

Note to American readers: We do have Thanksgiving up here - it's in early October. That way we're not feelin' all bloated for Black Friday shopping south of the border.

Thanks! This was a pretty smooth Thanksgiving for us. Had the right wines, good food, good friends, all the elements necessary.

And no family. The bliss!

Hey, we had a nice Thanksgiving sitting on the earth. It would have been nice to have you and Serge here.
