My themesong

This is what I sing in the shower, and pretty much any time it rains.

Randy: Ahight dawg, it's like this, there were a few pitch problems so it was just OK for me.

Paula: (slurring) I love that shirt.

Simon: I think you may be going home this week Sorry!

Dude! This is better than caffeine in these predawn hours. I love the jazzy riffs.

My theme song? It can't be sung, but it's the sexiest waltz on the planet: "Spiritual" by Charlie Haden and Pat Metheny. Dim the lights, put out some candles and wine, and melt into this song. Oh, hon.

Has that always been your theme song?

Randy: Dawg, Dawg it was okay.
Paula: You can thing anything, you lookth real good.
Simon: It was a bit Karaoke.

I have a 33 rpm record of Bing Crosby singing that song. It is very scratchy but it was a favorite of mine as a child. Ed

Actually, excusing the drifts in pitch because you were singing a cappella, you have a very good singing voice. Your video brought a smile (pennies from heaven?) to my morning. :)

Steven: You go, Girl!

I find that widow's peak soooo sexy! One of the benefits of still being on dial-up.........seeing the frozen pose of someone with their eyes drooping and mouth hanging open. :-)

Did you notice Sarah leaving the room as soon you announced your song?

It froze up on me...

I got as far as "This is my theme son--"

And then nothing.

Poo.

Yeah, I'm with Paula-- nice shirt. You crack me up.

Your eyes look remarkably blue in this video.

Now I will have this song stuck in my head for the next several days...

Dude you need a jazzier song for the shower.

And yeah, I saw Sara leave as soon as you picked up the mic. Dogs are so freaking honest.

Paula has good taste. So do you. Well, when it comes to shirts. Don't know about songs.

JK!

You've got my vote ... and for courage, too.

Oh Torn, I just love you! Thank you for this video! I love it when you get zany.

I'm going to think about this theme song thing. I think I need a new one.

There's a nice baritone voice hiding about in your body, Torn. I would say that if you had accompaniment to help, your few fitch problems would have disappeared. Thank you for your theme song. I don't think I have one. (I'll have to think about that.) ;-) Have a great day!

fitch???!!! sigh... That should be pitch

I went to a karaoke event Sunday evening... you're WAY better than karaoke.

well, that was sweet and all, but I thought you were going to demonstrate singing your theme song IN the shower....hmmmm.....maybe now that you GOT YOUR FEET WET, so to speak, we'll see Part Deux in its natural habitat?

OK, so first, excuse the typing, I'm just a little drunk. Secondly can I say I'm just back from a parisien bar, where I've been fighting back the advances of a very drunk 'ex-legionnaire' (yeah, right).

He's talking to me and all I hear is 'blah blah blah...every time it rains, it rains, pennires from heaven...blah blah blah'.

Thanks for that.

Yo dog, it was a little pitchy, but I think you'd do better with a COUNTING CROWS tune.

This is just great, and I'll second Coop's sentiment--you're no cowardly lion when it comes to puttin yourself out there!

Of course, the old songs are so good they just about sing themselves. Love the freestyle jazz...and it sure is nice to know ours isn't the only dog who can't bear the singing.

Hmmm...my theme song? I'd have to think about that. There's always some tune or another floating around in my head. (Lately, "What'll I Do")

I thought you said you only know all the words to that other song you lip sync'd recently. You seem to know these words. If "dop do do doopy do do" are words. And I think they are. In this case.

I like that song. It reminds me of that movie with Whoopie Goldbert and sexy eyes whats-'is-name. I can't remember the title of the movie. Do you know what I'm talking about?

Now you've got me shamelessly crushing on you.

I adore your singing.

Sigh...

Gotta love Paula!

This froze up on me too.

You are so damn cute. Loved it! I need to think about my theme song. Hmmm......

"Pennies From Heaven" huh?

I was totally trying to guess your theme song before I started the clip and that never came to mind.

And could you PLEASE share you secret for looking so damn good in every pic/video...?

Lacey said...

Yeah so what I REALLY wonder, and will probably never know for sure is this...do you have any idea how adorably cute you are? Seems like when a guy is really really adorably cute, he very often has no clue.

Anyway...if you don't stop with the damn cigarettes...don't MAKE me come up there and hunt you down, cause you KNOW I will...

Oh, also, do you know that I'm starting to detect a bit of a Canadian accent in your voice?

Also, and I mean this in the KINDEST possible way..dude you are SO gay...Yeah, I think I'm crushin on you, also....
